Regulation document for the processing of personal data of those who access the ADVANCED SOLUTIONS PLATFORM. Applicable to all databases, information banks, and repositories that contain personal data of users.
This document regulates the policies for the processing of personal data for those who access the SOLUCIONES AVANZADAS PLATFORM of Soluciones Avanzadas, called "Soluciones Avanzadas."
The authorization for the processing of data is understood to be extended once the user clicks on the ACCEPTANCE box in the PRIVACY NOTICE window. This policy applies to all information deposited in the virtual block of Soluciones Avanzadas, coming from the user who owns the information.
Personal data includes civil, professional, academic identification information and any other information provided by the user. Sensitive data will receive special treatment as established in Statutory Law No. 1581 of 2012.
Principles Applicable to Data Processing
Legality and Purpose
Data processing is subject to the provisions of the law and must obey a legitimate purpose in accordance with the Constitution, previously informed to the owner.
Freedom and Transparency
The treatment can only be exercised with prior, express and informed consent of the owner. The right to obtain information about the data at any time is guaranteed.
Truthfulness and Security
The information must be truthful, complete, accurate and up-to-date. Technical, human and administrative measures will be implemented to guarantee the security of the records.
Confidentiality and Restricted Access
The reservation of information and restricted access to personal data is guaranteed, limited to persons authorized by the owner or provided by law.
Objective and Purposes of Data Processing
Object of the Treatment
The processing of personal data includes the collection, storage, use, circulation and deletion of users' personal data, as well as any handling of such data by reason of their access to and authorization to THE PLATFORM.

Rights of Personal Data Holders
The holders of personal data processed by Soluciones Avanzadas and/or LA PLATAFORMA enjoy fundamental rights established in the Statutory Law, in coordination with human rights and the Colombian constitutional block.
Know, Update and Rectify
Right to know, update and rectify your personal data before the Controllers or Processors, especially when they are partial, inaccurate or incomplete.
Request Proof and Be Informed
Right to request proof of the authorization granted and to be informed about the use given to your personal data, upon request.
File Complaints and Revoke Authorization
Right to file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for infractions, and to revoke the authorization when constitutional principles and guarantees are not respected.
Free Access
Right to access your personal data that has been processed free of charge.
Responsibilities of Advanced Solutions and the Platform
As those responsible for the processing of personal data, Advanced Solutions and THE PLATFORM must comply with specific obligations to guarantee the protection of user information.
Guarantees to the Owner
Guarantee the full exercise of the right of habeas data, preserving the authorization granted by the owner and maintaining the information under security conditions.
Information management
Update, rectify or delete the data in a timely manner, process queries and claims, and record in the database the legends corresponding to claims in process.
Security and Compliance
Report violations of security codes, comply with instructions from the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, and adopt internal policy manuals.
Authorization and Service Channels
Authorization Process
THE PLATFORM will request prior, express authorization with informed consent from the owners of the personal data. The mechanism provided will be through the unequivocal action of clicking "I ACCEPT" in the information windows on terms and conditions.
In accordance with article 12 of the statutory norm, Soluciones Avanzadas and/or THE PLATFORM will clearly inform:
The treatment and purpose of personal data
The optional nature of answers on sensitive data
The rights that assist the owner
The identification and contact information of the Responsible party
These channels can be used by owners or authorized third parties to formulate Petitions, Complaints and/or Claims (PQR).
Procedures for Requests, Consultations, and Claims
Requests and Consultations
The owner may consult their personal data at any time through the established channels, proving their identity or representation. Consultations will be attended to within a maximum term of ten (10) business days, extendable for five (5) additional days.
Complaints and Claims
When the owner considers that the information should be corrected, updated, or deleted, they may submit a request that will be processed within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days, extendable for eight (8) additional days.
Requirements of the Requests
All requests must include identification of the owner, documents that prove identity or representation, a clear description of the request, and contact information. Incomplete requests may be corrected within a period of two months.
Internal Process
Once the request is received, the phrase "claim in process" and the reason for it will be included in the Database. If the person receiving the request is not competent, they will transfer it to the Legal area of Soluciones Avanzadas.
Security and Applicable Legislation
Data Security
Soluciones Avanzadas implements the technical, human, and administrative measures necessary to prevent the content from being blurred, improperly modified, lost, or accessed without authorization.
However, they are not responsible for technical failures or improper entry by third parties to the place where the information entrusted for treatment is maintained.
Transfer Prohibition
Neither Soluciones Avanzadas will disclose the personal data on which the treatment is performed.
Applicable Legislation
This policy is governed by the provisions of current legislation on the protection of personal data:

And other regulations that modify, repeal or replace them, within the scheme of non-infringement of Habeas Data and the protection of this privileged information.
